Bookings cancelled at least 48 hours before check-in receive a full refund to your wallet. Cancellations within 48 hours may incur a 25% fee. To modify, contact us via WhatsApp or the guest portal.

Payment
We accept manual bank transfers to our Moniepoint MFB account (No. 8033672093). After transferring, upload your receipt on the portal and your wallet will be credited within 1–2 hours.
Fund your wallet via bank transfer and upload the receipt. Once approved by our team, your balance updates. You can then instantly book rooms using your wallet balance — no waiting for manual confirmation per booking.

Yes. Eligible refunds are returned to your Sugar Premiere wallet within 24 hours of approval. Cash refunds are only available at the front desk by prior arrangement.
