By using the Sugar Premiere Hotel & Suites website, booking system, or staying at our property, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.
1. Booking & Reservations
- All bookings must be made through our website, WhatsApp, or walk-in at the front desk
- A booking is only confirmed once approved by hotel staff and payment is received
- Bookings are subject to room availability at the time of approval
- You must provide accurate personal information when booking
2. Payment Terms
- Payment is accepted via bank transfer to our Moniepoint MFB account (No. 8033672093)
- The exact transfer amount must match the booking total
- Upload your receipt through the guest portal; wallet credit within 1-2 hours during business hours
- All prices are in Nigerian Naira (₦) and include applicable taxes
- We do not accept card payments or online transfers — bank transfer only
3. Check-in & Check-out
- Check-in: from 2:00 PM daily
- Check-out: by 12:00 PM (noon) daily
- Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur additional charges
- Valid ID (National ID, International Passport, or Driver's Licence) is required at check-in
4. Cancellations & Refunds
- Cancellations made 48+ hours before check-in: full refund to wallet
- Cancellations within 24-48 hours: 25% cancellation fee applies
- Cancellations within 24 hours or no-shows: no refund
- Refunds are issued to the guest wallet; cash refunds available at front desk by prior arrangement
- Hotel reserves the right to cancel bookings due to unforeseen circumstances with full refund
5. Guest Conduct
- Guests are expected to behave respectfully towards hotel staff and other guests
- Noise must be kept to a minimum after 10:00 PM
- Smoking is prohibited in all rooms — a cleaning fee of ₦10,000 will be charged for violations
- Pets are not permitted on hotel premises
- Damage to hotel property will be charged to the responsible guest
6. Room Occupancy
- Maximum occupancy per room must not be exceeded
- All guests must be registered at check-in
- Unregistered visitors are not permitted in rooms after 10:00 PM
7. Hotel Liability
- The hotel is not liable for loss of personal valuables — use the in-room safe
- We are not responsible for circumstances beyond our control (power outages, natural events)
- The hotel reserves the right to refuse service to guests violating these terms
8. Promotions & Discounts
- Promo codes are valid only during the stated period and cannot be combined
- Discounts are applied to room charges only, not extras
- The hotel reserves the right to modify or withdraw promotions at any time
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes will be resolved under Nigerian jurisdiction.
